Tropical Fruit Torte
  • Serves 8
  • UNITS: 0.5 per serving (using fruit from allowance)
  • FAT POINTS: 1 per serving (using fruit from allowance)
  • CALORIES: 148 per serving
  • 1 sachet of sugar free lemon jelly
  • 1 sachet sugar-free Dream Topping
  • Quarter pint/150ml fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • Quarter pint/150ml skimmed milk (to make up the Dream Topping)
  • A selection of sliced fresh fruit - mango, kiwi, grapes, orange slices, strawberries - or whatever you like!
  1. Make up the jelly to a quarter of a pint, leave to cool slightly then add the fresh orange juice. Add the 0% fat Greek yogurt and stir or whisk until fully combined. Leave to cool.
  2. Make up the Dream Topping as directed on the packet with the skimmed milk.
  3. Slowly mix the cold jelly with the Dream Topping and put into a large flan dish. Leave to set in the fridge.
  4. Arrange a selection of your sliced fruits on the top of the torte.
