Summer Fruit Pancakes

ingredients
  • 1 batch of basic pancake mixture (see recipe list)
  • 6oz each of chopped summer fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc)
  • 8 tablespoons fat free fromage frais
method
  1. Make up 4 pancakes and set aside.
  2. Stir fromage frais into the chopped summer fruits. spoon over each pancake, fold and serve.
