All Bran Fruit Loaf

  • 4oz/113g All Bran
  • Half pint of cold tea
  • 3 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 6oz/168g Sultanas
  • 4oz/113g Wholemeal Self Raising flour
  1. Place All Bran, sultanas, sugar substitute and tea in a large bowl and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes
  2. Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.
  3. Grease a 2lb loaf tin with Fry Light spray and line base with greaseproof paper.
  4. Sift and stir in the flour and spoon into the prepared tin. Level the top. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until firm to the touch.
  5. Remove from the tin and leave to cool.
