Sultana, Choc & Toffee Cake
  • Serves 24
  • UNITS: 5 per serving
  • FAT POINTS: 0.75 per serving (count as part of bread allowance)
  • CALORIES: 127 per serving
  • 1lb/454g sultanas
  • 2 sachets of Options Tempting Toffee chocolate drink
  • 10oz/280g Self Raising flour
  • 6oz/168g soft brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  1. Make up the Options drinks as instructed and pour over the sultanas and leave to soak for at least 8 hours.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 160C/325F/gas mark 3.
  3. Grease a 7" square cake tin, or 2lb loaf tin, with Fry Light spray and line base with greaseproof paper.
  4. Mix all the ingredeints together until thoroughly combined and pour into the prepared cake tin.
  5. Bake for 2 hours or until the cake feels firm to the touch.
  6. Remove the cake from the tin when cooled.
