ingredients
  • 3oz/84g beansprouts
  • 3oz/85g fresh mangetout
  • 3oz/84g canned water chestnuts, drained
  • 3oz/84g canned baby corn, drained
  • Good handful of baby spinach leaves, chopped
  • For the dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
method
  1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over and stir. Great as a side dish for steamed or grilled fish.
