  • 2oz/56g cooked cannelloni beans
  • 2oz/56g butter beans
  • 1oz/28g cooked garden peas

  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Half a small leek, white only, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons fat free vinaigrette dressing
method
