Slimmer's Quiche

  • UNITS: 1 per serving
  • FAT POINTS: 2½ per serving (using 'free' egg)
  • CALORIES: 196 per serving
ingredients
  • 3oz/84g lean bacon, chopped
  • 4 sprays Fry Light one calorie oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small tin tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dry sage & onion stuffing mix
  • 2oz/56g half fat grated cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Salt & pepper
method
  1. Spray a non-stick pan with Fry Light and cook bacon and onion until light brown and place in dish.
  2. Drain tomatoes and chop. Place in the dish.
  3. Add rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour over the beaten eggs.
  5. Cook at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 30 minutes or cook in microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
