Chicken Burgers

  • 1lb/545g lean minced chicken (or turkey)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester Sauce
  • Few sprays Fry Light 1 calorie oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  1. Mix together the minced chicken (or turkey), garlic, chilli, herbs, Worcester Sauce, salt and black pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into 4 burgers. Lightly spray each side with Fry Light. Pr-heat the grill to medium and grill the burgers for 8-10 minutes each side until well browned and cooked through. Alternatively cook on a non-stick food grill, such as a George Foreman. Serve with a large mixed salad and/or with a bun from your daily bread allowance.
