  • 2 heaped teaspoons coffee granules or powder
  • 2 teaspoons Tia Maria
  • 12 Sponge Fingers
  • 1 sachet sugar free Dream Topping
  • ¼ pint/142ml skimmed milk
  • 12oz/350g plain low fat fromage frais
  • Powdered drinking chocolate to decorate
  1. Mix the coffee with the Tia Maria and make upto ¼pint/150ml with water
  2. Reserve half the sponge fingers and dip the remainder in the Tia Maria/coffee mix. Arrange on the base of a serving dish to form a layer
  3. Make up the Dream opping with the milk and mix in the fromage frais. Spoon half the mixture over the sponge fingers in the bottom of a dish.
  4. Dip the remaining sponge fingers in the Tia Maria/coffee mix and place in the dish to form another layer. Top with the remaining fromage frais mix.
  5. Just before serving sprinkle with a little powdered drinking chocolate on top.
