Delicious Mango Custard & Fruit Salad
  • Serves 4
  • UNITS: 2 per serving (use fruit from allowanc)
  • FAT POINTS: half serving (use fruit from allowance)
  • CALORIES: 170 per serving
  • 4oz/113g sliced mango (fresh or canned in juice)
  • 4fl oz/113g pineapple (fresh of canned in juice)
  • Half a small melon - any variety
  • 4oz/113g seedless grapes
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • For the mango custard:
  • 4oz/113g mango (fresh or canned in juice)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  1. Chop up the fruit into bite-sized pieces and arrange in a bowl
  2. For the custard, dice the mango and put into a blender, add the lime juice and yogurt.
  3. Blend unitl smooth.
  4. Serve with the mango custard on top
