Meatballs

ingredients
  • 8oz/226g lean minced steak (12% fat maximum)
  • 3 x Walls Lean Recips sausages (skins removed)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
  • 1 x 400g jar or carton tomato Passata
method
  1. Place all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix until combined really well.
  2. Divide mixture into 12 pieces and form into meatballs. Place on a plate and microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH to retain their shape
  3. Remove from the microwave and put into an open casserole dish. Pour over the Passata and cook at 180 C for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables
