Speedy Tuna Pate
  • Serves 4
  • UNITS: 0.5 per serving
  • FAT POINTS: 0.25 per serving
  • CALORIES: 83 per serving
  • 8oz/226g canned tuna in brine or water, flaked
  • 3oz/84g low fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons low calorie salad cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or chives
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt & black pepper to season
  1. Drain the tuna well and place in a bowl. Add the yogurt, low calorie salad cream and lemon juice.
  2. Mash together with the fork until well combined. Add the fesh dill and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into 4 ramekin dishes and put int he fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve with a lemon slice, crispbreads and celery sticks
