Tasty Fish Bake

ingredients
  • 4 fresh or frozen boneless, skinless cod steak
  • 2oz/28g half fat grated cheese
  • 295g can of Batchelors Condensed Mushroom Soup (99% fat free)
  • 2oz/28g wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pepper to season fish
method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5. Season the cod steak with salt and pepper
  2. Place cod in 2 pint ovenproof dish
  3. Pour undiluted mushroom soup over the fish top with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with seasonal vegetables
