Strawberry Cheesecake Pots
  • Serves 6
  • UNITS: 3.5 per serving (using fruit from allowance)

  • 150g Extra Light Philadelphia soft cheese
  • 150g TOTAL Zero Fat Greek yogurt
  • 200g Carnation Light Condensed Milk (half a standard tin - please use condensed, not evaporated milk to ensure the dessert sets)
  • 1 lemon
  • 250g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons low sugar strawberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  1. Place the Carnation light condensed milk into a bowl and add the zest and juice of the lemon and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Whisk or stir until the mixture has thickened.
  2. Whisk the Philadelphia extra light and the Zero fat greek yogurt until smooth then fold into the condensed milk. Don't over beat.
  3. Spoon the mixture equally in to 6 dessert glasses. Chill for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Chop the strawberries and mix with the jam. Top off each glass with this mixture.
